Ministries at Grace

Grace Evangelical Bible Church offers a wide array of ministries to service the local community. There is something for everyone!

Children’s Sunday Classes

We are committed to seeing the whole family strengthened in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ. Our classes are Bible centered and designed to help children apply their faith in their everyday lives. In our Sunday classes, Biblical truths are taught using music, drama, Bible lessons and age appropriate activities. We currently have classes for children in kindergarten through fourth grade during our morning worship time.

Adult Sunday Classes

Each Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m., we have an Adult Sunday school class. Teens are encouraged to attend also. We believe that teens, as well as our adults, can benefit from interacting with one another in a classroom situation. Classroom participation is encouraged as we grow together in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. Classes are taught by one of our elders or by those that have been recognized as teachers among us.

Men’s Ministry: Men of Truth and Grace

Our Men’s ministry is geared to bring men together in fellowship, grounded in Christ, His Word, and empowered by His Spirit. We believe that men’s roles are under assault in our society. The men’s ministry is a ministry of encouragement as well as exhortation. We believe men are given the God-given responsibility to lead by example. We seek to do this by praying for His strength and by modeling Christ-like character. For the married man we want to challenge and equip him to love his wife and family as Christ loves the Church. We believe all men who profess Christ are to be “Men of Velvet and Men of Steel”, depending on the circumstances that await us. We aim to have it said about us as it is stated in Acts 11:24…”For he [is] a good man, and full of the Holy Spirit and of faith. And [because of His love for Christ] considerable numbers were brought to the Lord.”

Women’s Ministry: Women of Grace

Our Women’s ministry takes its heartbeat from our vision statement: “To bring women together in fellowship to use their God-given gifts and talents first for the glory of God, then for the benefit of our church family, and the community beyond.”

Our prayer is that women of the Church would come together in unity and fellowship to serve the Lord, create friendships, and ultimately bring others to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Some of the ways we are working to accomplish this is by Bible studies, fellowship nights, and group outings, to name a few. Women of Grace are also mindful of our need to reach out to others in their time of need. We provide and distribute annual Thanksgiving baskets to local families as well as dinners for our church family when they have lost a loved one. Women of Grace are ready and willing to help with the various activities within the church throughout the year. We are always ready to accept willing hands and hearts to help us accomplish our goals in service of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Women of Grace: “Creating, designing, and building for the Kingdom of God.”

The Seasoned Saints

Our Seasoned Saints ministry is designed to provide a casual and caring environment where people 50 years and older can gather together in fellowship to enjoy each other’s company. A typical gathering involves a meal together, a time of teaching from the Word, a time of worship, along with open and caring interaction with one another. The Seasoned Saints represents our commitment to be multi-generational and to continue to “grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ” (2 Peter 3:18).
